Biography
Attorney Hayley Green is an associate at Platt Cole Russell & Simpson PLLC, where she focuses on personal injury law. A lifelong Brevard County resident, Ms. Green is passionate about serving the community that shaped her and helping injured clients pursue the compensation they need to move forward after an accident.
Born and raised in Brevard County, Ms. Green graduated from Satellite High School in 2017 before attending the University of North Florida. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, with a minor in International Studies, graduating cum laude. She then attended Ave Maria School of Law, where she earned her Juris Doctor in 2024.
After law school, Ms. Green began her legal career as an Assistant State Attorney for the 18th Judicial Circuit. In that role, she gained valuable courtroom and jury trial experience while handling a wide range of criminal cases. Her time as a prosecutor strengthened her litigation skills and provided firsthand experience presenting cases before judges and juries.
Today, Ms. Green applies that trial experience to her personal injury practice, advocating for individuals who have suffered injuries because of someone else’s negligence. She understands the challenges accident victims face and works diligently to help clients protect their rights and pursue favorable outcomes.
Ms. Green remains actively involved in the local legal community. She is a member of the Brevard County Bar Association and the Young Lawyers Division of the Brevard County Bar Association. She also served as a Board Member of the Young Lawyers Division from August 2025 through June 2026. As a Brevard County native, Ms. Green takes pride in serving the people and families of the Space Coast. She combines local knowledge, courtroom experience, and a commitment to client advocacy to provide trusted legal representation for those facing difficult circumstances.
