I had a horrible experience with another law firm, which had me in a constant state of stress and not knowing what to do.  Thankfully I came across someone’s recommendation of Mr. Platt online and I reached out.  Kelli was the first person I spoke to (and my main support throughout the process).  Realizing it was an urgent matter, she spoke with Mr. Platt who took my call, listed to the situation and agreed to meet me the next day.  From day one, I felt very welcomed and supported.  They explained everything to me and kept me in the loop of what was happening.  If I felt like I needed more information about something they were quick to schedule a phone call or in person meeting.  Mr. Platt always gave his recommendations but it was not in a threatening way.  Rather, he made sure I understood why he recommended something and that the final decision was mine. While any legal matter is always somewhat stressful, with Mr. Platt and his staff I felt supported and that they were on my side working for the best outcome for me; that I was a person and not one of many cases they were just trying to get though.  You would think that would be the case with any law firm but I can personally attest that is not the case.  The difference with the treatment and support I felt from the previous law firm was like night and day.  Although I obviously prefer to never need his professional help again, I would definitely go to Mr. Platt with any legal issue I have in the future and would recommend him to anyone that could use his services.

After 3 months of physical therapy and medical treatment for injuries sustained from auto accident, there was no improvement of impaired function or pain. It was determined that high risk surgery would be necessary. At this time, my physician felt I should contact an attorney since I would not physically or financially be able to compete with the Insurance Co. of the person at fault. After my first meeting with Jack Platt, my anxieties/stress of dealing with Insurance Co. and their Legal Staff dissolved. Jack Platt, Beth and Staff collected mounds of medical records and did not stop until maximum amount was awarded. They kept me up to date and reassured, which played a major role in my recovery.

Mr. Platt took on my case even though I was told by others it would be impossible. I ran into a lot of obstacles getting the health care I needed, but he helped me thru each one of them. I feel vindicated and received the compensation I deserved PLUS. His determination to fight on my behalf was stellar. He also took on my daughters lawsuit due to an auto accident where she was a passenger and got her compensation as well. As a single mom with a mentally-challenged daughter, I can’t thank him enough!!

I was arrested and guilty of shoplifting, and was unaware that I had been suffering from a mental health illness that required medication. The Bealls Chain of stores has a zero policy against shoplifting. While there was no reason at all for me to steal any item, because of my mental health state of mania, I did in fact steal a single item from this Chain. I went on to seek medical help and I can gratefully say, that today, I have a terrific job, a stable (medicated) life and NO record of any kind, thanks to the perseverance and legal representation of Mr. Platt. Without his determination and legal help, I would not have been able to find employment with a clean record. (My case was sealed) Simply the BEST representation available in Brevard County. Very appropriate and manageable fee’s as well.

I found myself in an extremely stressful and potential damaging situation wherein I had been accused of a form of battery. As a non citizen visa holder, the ramifications, both financially and professionally were incalculable. I was in a terrific jam. I was fortunate to have an introduction to Mr. Platt (Jack) who traversed the minefield of my State Prosecuted charges, and with his skill, knowledge, and relentless determination, I was the beneficiary of a complete expungement of all charges. This was the absolute best case scenario, skillfully and professionally managed by Jack and his team. I sincerely cannot recommend any professional in higher regard than Jack Platt.

I hired the firm of Platt Cole Russell & Simpson PLLC to represent me in a criminal matter. Both Jack Platt and Kurt Russell worked on my case. At all times the attorneys and their staff were courteous and professional. While I had resigned to “take what is coming my way,” Mr. Platt and Mr. Russell told me to relax and let them represent me. I am glad I took their advice. Mr. Platt and Mr. Russell were able to win a hearing on an evidence issue and my case was closed, no charges.

I had never been arrested before and in this case my son set me up with abuse charges. Jack met me in jail in the middle of the night and followed up with my family constantly. Got me out with no bond and soon after got the charges dismissed.

He and his team showed a genuine personal interest in my case.

He did everything he promised and then some.

I am a truck driver who made a bad decision, the result was a careless driving citation which is very bad for me. Mr. Russell got it reduced to a non-moving violation which speaks mountains because that’s not an easy thing to do with a CDL. I would highly recommend him for his ethics, professionalism and getting the job done. Thank you very much Kurt Russell.
